The Conference Centre at EPIC underwent a major refurbishment in 2013. Functionality and flexibility, along with simplistic decorative elements, were key factors during the design process and the finished product is a welcoming, fresh space ideal for the small to medium meetings market.

With capacity for up to 4 concurrent sessions and ample space for catering and trade displays, the convenient layout of the Conference Centre is matched by only a few.

The venue can be hired for exclusive use, complete with a purpose built registration foyer and secretariat, or individual rooms can be hired separately, catering from 8 people boardroom style through to 540 theatre style.

Looking for a stylish, intimate room with natural light, a built-in bar and dance floor and adjoining outdoor areas? The Terrace, overlooking the main arena, is the perfect function space for groups of up to 150 people.

Size is no issue at EPIC, catering for conferences of all sizes and scales with plenary venues for up to 3,000 people, up to 12 breakout spaces as well as trade and catering areas. Exhibition Park can tailor a venue to meet your needs through the use of temporary structures on one of our many greenfields sites.

Take the hassle out of the hustle and bustle of the city by providing FREE parking for your delegates at the door step to all venues. Located along the Northern corridor, only a short 8 minute drive from the CBD, the venue is easy to find and offers public transport at the main entry.
