Has your organisation received its single-use plastics information pack?
On 1 July 2021, the ACT will commence a ban on the sale and supply of selected single-use plastic products which includes single-use plastic cutlery, single-use plastic drink stirrers and expanded polystyrene takeaway containers.
It’s important that businesses and community organisations do their part to prepare for the ban. Many organisations have already made the switch by using up their existing stock and ordering alternative items.
